CJ got this grill set and apron from Amy....she loves a little (actually a LOT) brisket a la Herman. Thanks Amy! When ya comin over for your lesson? he is THE KING! :) The bottom pic is when I got home from work the night after CJ got home. We were making a quiche for Tom and Chan. I think Tom has some pics of us when CJ came up to see me at work..I will have to get those.

These is the Northern polar ice cap over Greenland. CJ was fortunate enough to see this from his plane.

ok.....the day we have been waiting for for 15 months is FINALLY here!!!!!! My Sailor, My Herman, My Best Friend, My Man, My Hero is COMING HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am BUSTING with excitement!!!!!!! he has been traveling for a week. They had him flying into DC , spending the night, and flying on in to Va. tomorrow....but that was not gonna fly with me :) I have to work tonight...could not get off....:( so, Tom and Chandra are driving all the way from Raleigh to DC and then bringing him to me!! : ) They will come up to my work so I am not sure how good I am going to be to my patients...:) But, I will be off tomorrow and we will catch up then.

Thanks Tom and Chan....we are blessed to have you! NOW BRING ME MY MAN!!!!!!!

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY Pug 2 and Pug 3.........well....we do not have names yet....but we will have them soon! These are two baby pug brothers MidAtlanticPugRescue rescued from a puppy mill in Greensboro, NC. Yesterday, we (me, Chan, Maggie and Sean...thanks SO much guys for the help!!! PetsMart was fun, huh??? I could not have done it without your help) drove 4.5 hours to get them, spent the night back in Raleigh with Chandra and crew, and then me and the pug babies made the trek home this am. They are WONDERFUL pug travelers! I am not sure if we are keeping them or not......I know, I know..... It certainly does a heart good to be surrounded by pug puppy luvn!! :) They are constantly moving....I am exhausted! : ) April 9th will be one year since we lost Charlie Bell. No pug will ever compare to him, but these little fellas are absolutely adorable! REALLY good for the heart and soul. CJ said, "you better get them both so they do not have to be separated." THANKS BABE and THANKS MAPR for trusting me with such precious pug babies! :)

They seem healthy but I will have to have them checked out and watch for signs of problems. But, so far, so good. They are precious little beasts! Lady Bug is not too sure of them... I cannot seem to find the perfect names. They were named Harley and Denver. I like Harley (wanted to name Lady Bug that but CJ had control over her name....plus it rhymes with Charlie, annnnnnnd Clint has a Harley....), but Denver....not crazy about. Chandra and I exhausted ourselves last night coming up with names but nothing has stuck. Pete and Repeat cracked us up the most...then we liked Scooby and Scrappy, Taz and Spaz, Belvedere and Marmaduke, Goofy and Pluto, Tex and Mex..... Does anyone have ANY ideas? Maybe Harley and Herman?? CJ has said no to everything except Harley....but I just thought of Herman...anyway, feel free to comment and make suggestions. :) Enjoy our precious new babies!!!!!!! Dareck is finishing up his Spring Break today. He is over at Misty's now and he will be going to the PINK FLOYD laser show tonight. :) He is ALMOST a graduate! GRADUATION day is JUNE 17th.

Randy is doing well. He managed to go skydiving the other day. Says he is feeling GREAT! :) I miss you Randy! Be careful with that knee boy!

Clint is in Kuwait and will be home ANY day now! Says by Friday or Saturday for sure. :) HOT DOGGIE!!!!!!!!!!! HURRY HERMAN! I AM DYING TO SEE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
