HAPPY SUMMER! :)
All is well here on the Waggoner homefront. Dareck and I are doing well, as is Lady Bug. We have spent most of this past week with the Meehans. They have been in Williamsburg, Va. since Sunday (after spending the weekend with us) and we have visited often. Yesterday was Chandra's bday and we spent the day at Busch Gardens....that place will let cha know just how outta shape you are! It was a loooooong, exhausting day but also SOO much fun. Hope your birthday was fabulous Best Friend! I love you all! :) I will add those pics when Chandra gets them to me. Dareck and Tom rode the GRIFFON, which is a new ride....it has a 90 degree drop...waaaay too scary for me and Chandra! Clint and Randy, you would have loved it!
Dareck is feeling better these days...woohoo! That is an answered prayer for sure! He has been working and hanging out with his friends. He really enjoyed the RUSH concert.
Clint, my Herman, is doing as well as he can. His base has ran out of running water so they have two porta-potties for over 400 people. I believe he and his clothes have developed quite a nice ripe smell. He has received some of the coffee sent to him and says THANK YOU VERY MUCH! :) We both truly appreciate you going out of your way for him.
And lastly, my sweet Randy...he has officially started training. Monday was his first day and by Tuesday, 22 people had quit!! He says that broke a record. So far, over 80 people have quit, most of them before the real training began.
I am off to Jacksonville, Fl. FINALLY!! I leave tomorrow and will return Thursday, the 5th. I have been trying to get down there for 2 years now and I cannot wait to see my girls! : )

Lady Bug and Henry, my God Dog :) This is Tom and Chandra's new puppy and we are puppy sitting him for the week. Lady Bug is not quite sure if she likes him or not...he is a little too spunky, even for her, I think. But, deep down, I know she loves the attention and company. Right now, he is trying to take her bone....:) Not a good idea, pup....

Update on The Waggoner Crew:
Clint- is doing fairly well. He is safe but very hot and not always as productive as he would like to be. He has to travel from time to time so on those days we say extra, extra, special prayers that he will get back safely. He MAY get to come home the end of Nov and be here for my birthday...we are hoping and praying. He misses everyone and loves to hear from you so keep the emails (cjnsig@yahoo.com) and letters coming. Also, thanks to all of you who sent him coffee. He has not received anything yet but is very excited about getting goodie boxes from home. :)
Dareck- As you can tell from the pictures, is OFFICIALLY A SENIOR NOW!!!!!!! Oh my!! We are soooo happy! He, more than anyone, is thrilled to be in his final year of high school.!!! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DARECK! He will begin working more at the diner and hopefully have some FUN FUN FUN this summer with me and his buddies. : ) He is feeling better these days, not quite as fatigued and the headaches seem to have decreased. We are seeing three doctors for his Narcolepsy so hopefully, we will find the perfect cocktail of meds to help him feel like his old self again. How do you like his hair? He looks so much like Clint did when we were in High School now...it is sooo funny.
Randy- Well, he is a little tired these days. He is doing more physical training that any one person should ever have to do! But, he is doing a great job in most areas and on those areas he is weak in, he is doing extra training to improve his skills. He is happy tho and loves San Diego. He has made some good friends, AND he lives on the beach.....cannot go wrong there! : ) He and I stay in touch with email, texting and the occasional phone call. His day starts at 3 am and ends at 7pm so he is pretty tired. He says he goes to bed by 8. YOU CAN DO IT RANDY!!! HOOYAH!
Lady Bug- She is doing very well. She and I are walking every night and trying to lose some of our stress weight :) She is full of pug preciousness and keeps me company on my loneliest of days. She is Super Pug-a-licious!!! Some days, I think she misses Charlie Bell. It is as if she is looking for him, and I know she misses having someone to clean her eyes every night...somehow I have just not been able to bring myself to do that. : ) She also hates to be locked up now when we leave. Before, she had Charlie to keep her company. It can be quite sad at times, but I see an improvement from when we first lost him, so with time, she will get better and better.
Kathy-Well, school is done...studying and taking the boards is done...now what!! : ) I have had some free time that I am not used to having and I love it! But it also gets lonely at times...I get in a funk from time to time, missin my guys, but I have Dareck here who takes good care of his Moma, Lady Bug, who never leaves my side, some good friends I can call on anytime, and some projects to keep me busy. I will start work July 16th on the Cardiac Unit. That will be a challenge but I think I will love it and be able to really make a difference there. Working 12 hour shifts will be a shock to the system but at least I will not have to work every day....and getting a paycheck will be nice for a change! : )
Okay, I think that is it. I will update with pics and news when the mood strikes...I hope you are all doing well. *On a special note: I am the proud GREAT AUNT for the 7th time!! My niece, Jody, had a beautiful baby girl June 14th. WELCOME TO THE FAMILY MEGYNN BELL! I love you already! : )

Happy Father's Day to all of the Dads!!!! (and to the moms that have to be Mom AND Dad)!!! Some new (Brad, again-congrats and welcome to the family Megynn Belle Smith-Schmucker!); some not so new....well, we will not name names! :) Most are here with us, and sadly, some are not. What a legacy they have left behind tho... They are with us always!
